RSD Winter Wonderland

In 2022 (last holiday season) it was the Central Middle School in Reading School District’s 1st annual Winter Wonderland event hosted by Mrs. Crowe (one of my greatest friends). She asked me if I would be able to volunteer a few hours of my time to capture the event for the school, and I was honored! I went to the middle school as their event photographer and have been asked to do several other events for the school since! I love volunteering my time & seeing all of the staff & students so excited to have their photos taken! The event here at CMS is basically a “Santa’s workshop” where the studens bring their families to the school to do some light Christmas shopping for their loved ones! The event features a hallway filled with Christmas trees that each homeroom creates & decorates together, and the people who attend the event can judge & vote for their favorite trees! We also set up a space where students could get their photo taken with Santa & the Jolly Green Monster! There was a snacks & refreshment area as well & everyone who attended had a blast! I can’t wait to be their chosen photographer for the 2023 event in December!!! Thank you for having me, CMS! Xo
