There’s something truly special about photographing best friends – the inside jokes, the unfiltered laughs, the endless energy that bounces between them. Now add graduation caps, the excitement of a new chapter, and a champagne bottle for each to pop, and you’ve got the kind of session that makes my photographer heart so happy. I loved everything about capturing Valeria & Riley at KU for their grad session. They both beamed with pride for their solo portraits & they hyped each other up for them. And what shined through the most was the love and support they have for each other. Years of friendship, hard work, and shared memories all wrapped up in one big celebration. So here’s to best friends, new beginnings, and never taking life too seriously. Congrats, grads – you did it, and you looked so good doing it! Xo
