There are moments in photography that go far beyond perfect lighting or a stunning backdrop. Some stories are woven in glances, in touch, in emotion—and this elopement was one of those stories. I had the honor of documenting a deeply personal and moving elopement. It wasn’t about fanfare or tradition—it was about them. Two souls, present in the moment, sharing a sacred promise. As a photographer, these are the moments I live for—not posed, not rehearsed, but real. They trusted me to witness and preserve their love story and I’m incredibly grateful. We met at a sweet little park, walked the trails finding every beautiful corner of the woods to shoot in & were able to capture the most beautiful golden light shining through the trees. I love that this couple always includes their fur baby, Pierogi, when planning their session with me. I love that dog :’) and I love Ana & Donna.
