A magical & hot summer engagement session with Brittany & Jason. The sun was high, the water was warm (but refreshing to step our toes into), and nature was buzzing all around. From the moment we started, these two were all smiles and effortless chemistry, reminding me of photographing them for their first engagement session last fall. This one was a little more romantic while the willow trees danced in the breeze above us casting soft shadows and creating the perfect backdrop. As the sun glistened through the leaves, we wandered along the creek’s edge, soaking in the warm summer air and stopping every so often to capture a quiet moment and a shared laugh while we waited for kids in the background to cross the creek (hahaha it felt like an eternity, but we are patient for the perfect shot!). It was the kind of session where time slipped away easily, and I found myself smiling behind the camera the entire time. There’s something so beautiful about couples who are not only in love but who feel at home with each other. Brittany & Jason, I can’t wait to capture your wedding day in June 2026.
