McAuley Wedding

Michelle & Eric’s wedding was one of my first to shoot in 2021. It was a beautiful day from start to finish. I started with Michelle while her and the girls got ready for the day. They drank mimosas and laughed while the final touches of their hair & makeup were being applied. Before you knew it, the limo pulled up to take them all to the venue where Michelle would get into her beautiful wedding dress minutes before walking down the aisle. Something very special happened while Eric, the bridal party, and all of their friends and family waited for Michelle to make her walk down the aisle… over the loud speaker you could hear Michelle’s voice that she had recorded the week before reciting her personal vows to Eric. TEARS WERE FLOWING. Her words were so beautiful, genuine & pure and everyone at this wedding could feel it, including myself. As her vows concluded, her father walked her down the aisle. The ceremony continued, they had a butterfly release that was for all the loved ones that could not be there, they sealed their love with a kiss, and then we drove golf carts all around the venue for their group photos & couples portraits. The reception followed with so many beautiful & personal moments, dancing, laughing & love. It’s almost this couple’s one year anniversary, and I am still in awe over how beautiful this day was.
