Pat & Liz’s story.
When spring was fresh, blooming & warm, just like Pat & Liz’s love. This couple are best friends who fell in love. They even got ready together before the ceremony, helping to spiff each other up before their “I do’s”. It was May and these 2 had an intimate, small ceremony in the backyard of Pat’s childhood home. With Pat’s mom as the officiant & his dad, Liz’s parents and myself there as witnesses, Pat & Liz Marzi started their beginning to forever. There were tons of tears, laughter & “awwww’s” & “yay’s!” during their ceremony. We took their portraits, and shortly after had a 3 course luncheon together, which was cooked entirely by Pat’s father. He is an incredible chef, and he entertained & paid close attention to his guest’s needs & feelings. I stayed and ate with the family, they wined and dined, they made many toasts to the newlyweds and I left with a heart full of love and gratitude and pure happiness for my friends Pat & Liz. They found their person for life, and it was so incredibly beautiful to photograph. One more toast to the Marzi’s! Cheers, Pat & Liz, to a lifetime of happiness. Xo
