Jay & Andrew

This couple is amazing. I got in contact with Jay & Andrew through my wonderful friend, Nicolette, who knew Andrew was looking for a photographer for this amazing trip. Andrew had surprise plans to take Jay and fly from the Lehigh Valley hanger to a hanger located in Manhattan, and to propose to Jay on the flight. We boarded the helicopter and they were so excited, I pretended I was working with the helicopter company. Jay had no idea what was going to happen and it made it even sweeter. When we were about 20 minutes from the New York skyline, Andrew proposed to Jay and of course, he said yes. We ended the helicopter ride with a tour of the skyline- we saw the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, & the Empire State Building from the helicopter. We then landed and walked the streets of Manhattan, celebrating, laughing, crying (me mostly) and drinking champagne. It was such an amazing experience, and I am so happy to have met Jay & Andrew, who truly love each other, laugh with each other & care for each other. I'm looking forward to shooting with them again this spring! Stay tuned! Xo
