Marty's Sculptures

I was honored when my friend Jackie asked me if I would be interested in photographing her mother’s sculptures & artwork. When I talked to Marty on the phone she had said it is a bit difficult to get the right lighting since her pieces have so many different angles and shapes. I had no idea how right she was until I got to her studio and saw what kind of art I would be photographing that day. Her pieces are beautiful & elegant, with tons of different shapes, and the more you turn her pieces around the light and shadows create a whole different work of art. It was incredible working with Marty & photographing her art- she is so passionate & loves what she does, so it was amazing bounces ideas & artistic thoughts off of one another.
