This past December, my best friend and I got together and brainstormed a few amazing ideas for her beautiful new home & my photography- something we could do Covid friendly. She was so thoughtful, supportive & giving during this holiday season and allowed me to use her house as my very own studio space. She just poured out ideas and we just ran with it all. She went out with her husband, Alex, and picked out the most perfect 11 foot tree I’ve ever seen, strung the lights, popcorn & burlap… hung the stockings on the mantle, picked out the most perfect scented candles & played festive music all for an incredible experience for everyone who we shot with. We decorated the barn stall together and just gushed with how cute it all turned out. After our shoots concluded, of course we had to show the littles (and the adults who love farm life & animals) the baby chickens Shannon was raising and let the friendly ducks eat right out of their hands. Shannon, I can’t thank you enough for allowing all of this magic to happen, and to all the beautiful people who were interested and came along for this journey. I can’t wait for next year, BIGGER & BETTER!!! Xo
