There’s something about a little rain that makes an engagement session feel extra magical. When these two reached out and said they still wanted to go ahead with their shoot despite the drizzle, my photographer heart was so thankful. Trust like that means everything. Instead of hiding from the weather, we embraced it with umbrellas, the misty sky, and dancing in the rain! The raindrops added the most romantic touch, almost like nature itself was celebrating their love. Their laughter, the way they held onto each other, and those cozy moments under the soft rain made this session one I’ll never forget. Sometimes the unexpected turns into the most beautiful. I’m so grateful they trusted me and leaned into the adventure, because together we created images that are full of warmth, connection, and pure joy. I absolutely fell in love with Lydia & Cyle’s love this day, and I am so thankful that a lifelong friendship was created! Xo
