Last June, I got together with a few of my beautiful friends for a completely magical day. We started the afternoon with Julisa, Lydia, Ashlyn & Maddi at the Ruins and shot in the abandoned buildings, the fields and the woods. So incredible, with so much beauty surrounding us all. I love shooting with multiple models at once because we’re all so supportive- hyping each other up the entire time. It is absolutely inspiring. We had so much fun together. Mid day we wrapped up and Julisa & I stopped for smoothies & burritos and headed over to Emilio’s Garden. Maddi met us there, along with Shannon (garden owner), Courtney & Isis. Here we ventured out into the garden- sniffing dill, basil & sage and holding kale, herb bouquets & laying in the rows. We shot in every area of this farm, capturing the ladies’ and nature’s beauty all tied together. June is just 1.5 months away… the garden will be flourishing like this again, so soon. And hoping by June that I have the opportunity to get together and create once again, with such magical human beings, the beauty and peace of the great outdoors, color, depth & tones after the quarantine is lifted. I hope everybody is being safe. healthy & positive, and I’m praying for a cure. Xo
