I always love photographing weddings that aren’t at a traditional wedding venue, but rather at a location that the couple saw potential in and decided to start from scratch to make it their own venue in their own special way. Sarah & Sam did just that at this farm, and they pulled it off flawlessly. Surrounded by open fields, rustic barns, and a golden glow that only the countryside can offer, this couple said “I do” in the most picturesque setting imaginable. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the love woven into every detail. The bride was patiently waiting for her guests to be seated at the ceremony site while the groom and his crew laughed together out by the barn, adjusting ties and sharing memories before the ceremony began. Afterward, guests gathered under string lights for dinner and dancing. The barn echoed with music, the sound of boots on the dance floor, and the occasional cheer as the couple shared their first dance under the twinkle lights. A farm wedding like this one is the perfect mix of rustic charm and romantic magic, and I’m so grateful I got to be there to document every moment.
